After losing 155 pounds on "The Biggest Loser" (going from 260 to 105), 24-year-old winner Rachael Frederickson insists she is "very, very healthy;" yet the controversy over her weight loss continues. Did she lose too much weight? In too short amount of time?

In the new issue of People Magazine, she says she maintained a 1600 calorie diet and worked out 6 hours a day leading up to the finale. "Maybe I was a little too enthusiastic in my training to get to the finale," she stated.
