Starting tonight the infamous atmospheric river is back with a vengeance. Wet weather will pummel the Bay Area and all of Northern California starting Tuesday night, lasting through Wednesday and Thursday. Be on the look out for heavy rains, gusty winds, and downed trees, downed power lines, and rough driving conditions.
