We've all done it... accidentally been on mute when we try to talk on a video meeting. Usually we figure it out right away though. This poor professor lectured for 2 hours on mute!
It went down at National University of Singapore. A few minutes into the lecture, the professor lost audio. Most of the students started leaving the session, but about 20 stayed on, patiently waiting for him to return so they could tell him what happened.
According to the story in The Independent , “Students tried all sorts of things to get his attention by unmuting and even calling his phone number. However, he did not respond and continued with the lesson,”
