It was the first eruption of its kind in over 800 years. When Fagradalsfjall Volcano in Iceland first started erupting, the site was blocked off. Since then, THOUSANDS have flocked to the site for that IG selfie. One set of scientists have even cooked sausages at the base of the volcano. Check out this amazing drone footage of the eruption!
