21 riders were injured and about 60 riders were on the ground after a fan held out a sign and made several riders crash at the Tour de France. Some riders suffered hip and chest injuries including ligament and dislocated shoulders.
Prosecutors are looking for the woman who caused the crash, she left long before police could arrive. She could be facing up to a year in prison and a fine of £13,000, the equivalent of about $18,027.
