- Ingredients:
Bob Evans Zesty Hot Pork Sausage - 8oz cream cheese
- 1 can mild rotel
Directions:
- Brown Sausage in a pan, add cream cheese.
- Once that melts and is mixed with the sausage, add Rotel
- Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Serve warm with tortilla or corn chips
