Asia has been eating jellyfish for years but now since there is an overpopulation of jellyfish, America is starting to take on the trend. Soon you will see jellyfish chips on grocery shelves. I am assuming calories would be low on this snack and according to researcher Mathias P. Clausen, jellyfish are filled with lots a great vitamins... It's "rich in vitamin B12, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and selenium."
