The burger, which cooks, chars, and tastes like the real, beefy thing, is making its way to larger markets, Founded in Redwood City by Stanford biochemistry professor Patrick Brown, the Impossible Burger’s secret sauce is its use of 'heme,' which is a molecule present in blood and some plants. The heme really does make a difference too... Your eyes definitely plan a huge role in eating and the burger looks like real meat.
