Home in San Francisco Going For A Record 45 Million Dollars!

A house in Russian Hill is on the market for 45 MILLION dollars.  If it sells at that price, it will be the most expensive house ever sold in San Francisco.

"Called Residence 950 (it’s address is 950 Lombard St.), the 9,500-square-foot compound features three bedrooms, two guestrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a separate one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage, according to developer Troon Pacific. Troon Pacific calls Residence 950 an “expansive-yet-intimate home.”

The home (which stretches across a city block) also boasts an outdoor kitchen, infinity pool and a "two-story art gallery that could serve as a sports court, fitness center or private nightclub, with adjacent wine wall."

I'll call you when I win the Mega Millions...
