Hawaii Is Most Likely Pushing Back Their Tourism Reopening Date

Hawaii now may be reconsidering their re-opening date of August 1st.

The state currently requires anyone coming to quarantine for 14 days because of COVID-19 concerns. August 1st was supposed to be when the restriction was lifted and visitors would only need a recent negative test to enter.

Governor Josh Green said the state is looking to push back the August 1st opening date but the final decision will come from Governor David Ige.
