Krispy Kreme's getting into the holiday spirit with doughnuts of course!
Not long after releasing ultra limited-edition doughnuts for the solar eclipse and the start of fall, the chain is continuing this trend with a treat offered for one day and one day only.
The Gingerbread Glazed Donut will be sold in stores on National Gingerbread Day, which is Tuesday, Dec. 12.
Krispy Kreme's going all out with this one, using gingerbread flavored dough, then covering the whole thing in a gingerbread-molasses glaze.
The specialty doughnut joins three other seasonal desserts on the menu.
There's a classic glazed doughnut coated in chocolate frosting and red, green, and white sprinkles, but the true showstoppers are the Santa Belly doughnut and the melted snowman one.
