Anthony Bourdain says Filipino dish could be the next food to take the world by storm


"It's exactly what you need after a few beers," he says of SISIG which I personally have had the pleasure of enjoying on countless occasions.

So will there be sisig joints popping up left-and-right from state-to-state? That remains to be seen.
