Science says getting more sleep can improve our love life

Yet another area of life can apparently be improved by catching more zzz's... OUR RELATIONSHIPS!

Experts from the Ohio State Institute for Behavioral Medicine Research explained in a recent New York Times article:

“When people have slept less, it’s a little like looking at the world through dark glasses... Their moods are poorer. We’re grumpier. Lack of sleep hurts the relationship.”
