Just-announced change will impact a whole lot of riders

Do you use Uber? If so, you should definitely be aware of this!

The service recently announced that riders will be charged for making their driver wait longer than two minutes.

According to The Verge:

This is an extension of a pilot that started last year in New York City, New Jersey, Phoenix, and Dallas. Those fees will also vary, but in an example provided by Uber, a wait time of three minutes and 45 seconds would cost a driver $0.86 in added costs.

If you're habitually late, those minutes will add up. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
