Wednesday, April 25 will certainly be an eventful night at Glide Cathedral in the city.
An invitation to "sing your Beyoncé favorites and discover how her art opens a window into the lives of the marginalized and forgotten—particularly black females," is being extended via a Facebook events page.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle:
The evening will feature music, readings from scripture by women of color and a sermon by Rev. Yolanda Norton, who serves as the assistant professor of the Old Testament at the San Francisco Theological Seminary, where she also teaches a course called “Beyoncé and the Bible.”
San Francisco’s Grace Cathedral has announced that it will host a special mass devoted to Queen Bey’s music and accomplishments.https://t.co/4mbyvr4gSF— San Francisco Chronicle (@sfchronicle) April 17, 2018
