We all enjoy developing quality relationships and maintaining a sense of community. We’re all open minded, educated, conscientious, and responsible professionals who work hard and like to enjoy ourselves on our time off. We are a diverse group of technologists, financiers, entrepreneurs, doctors, engineers, nurses, musicians, etc.
There is ample space to seclude and isolate if you need alone time, yet there are plenty of opportunities to socialize. We are always planning random activities like meals or exercise or outings such as hikes, trips to the beach, kayaking, stand up peddle boarding, and cycling. There are no social obligations, but we prefer those who wish to cultivate a community with others.
We’re a good quality group of people who are accepting and easy going, and we’d like to live with others who enjoy the benefits of physically socializing.
It’s a unique residence secluded in a prime location, with forests and bay views and endless trails nearby.
The application process involves a short video conference/tour with the master tenant, followed by a in-person (masked) visit to meet the housemates and tour of the grounds.
If you need a home away from home, please FB Message a short bio about yourself and a summary explaining why you’d be a good fit for this type of coliving arrangement. Please include details about your background, lifestyle, and interests.
Once you message me the information above I can answer additional questions then connect you with the master tenant to proceed with the video meeting/tour.
If you feel great about everything then there is a formal application, followed by a lease signing.
Part of the application and interview process is reading carefully and following directions : )
We look forward to meeting you!
