With all this hot weather it feels like we are skipping spring and heading straight to summer!
Nothing says “summer is here” quite like a bunch of people drinking rosé in all-pink and white clothing of course. This situation is exactly what happens every year at Pinknic on Governors Island in New York City and it’s back for another year with A LOT of wine!!
The rosé-filled picnic will take place on June 30 and July 1 and it looks like the only way we want to spend our weekend.
In addition to rosé (obviously), the VIP bars will be serving up rosé champagne and frosé!
For the first time, the bars will also be shaking up other pink cocktails all day and night!!! LA...LETS COPY THIS ALREADY!! :)
With all that wine, you’ll obviously need food right?!
While the food lineup has yet to be announced, we know that there will be NYC restaurants and chefs onsite fueling you between drinks.
What makes this more than just a boozed-up picnic is the live music!
This year’s music lineup features Klingande, Autograf, Hayden James, Elderbrook, Aeroplane, Great Good Fine OK, Willy Monfret, and C.M.A.
All of the artists will be performing both days so no worries if you can only make it one day!
Everyone is required to dress in pink and/or white and be 21 years or older.
Unfortunately, you can’t bring your own alcohol into the event, so make sure you bring a credit or debit card with you!
However, outside food is allowed.
Also if you get a VIP Pool Lounge ticket, you can bring your suit and go swimming.
We need to book a plane ticket now because we don't want to miss out!!
