This young girl, Amelia Thompson was 11 years old, attending the Ariana Grande concert when the Manchester bombing happened. Two years later, Amelia wanted to go see her absolute favorite, Shawn Mendes at the same arena, but neither she or her mum felt they could overcome their fears.
A police officer, Aaron Palmer, whom she met through charity events after the attacks, saw a desperate tweet from Amelia and decided to learn some Shawn Mendes songs to help her replace those awful memories with new ones.
