Jogger Throws Homeless Man's Belongings Into Lake Merritt And Gets Arrested


A jogger, last Friday, decided to take a homeless man's belongings and throw them in the lake while he wasn't there to protect his things. According to the Oakland police Henry William Sintay, 30, was arrested on suspicion of robbery Tuesday. Sintay was booked into Santa Rita Jail in Dublin and was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

What made this man think it's ok to even touch someone else's possessions?  If he was concerned about the "litter" around the lake he should have called the police...
