Mariah Carey recently dropped 40 pounds and looks great... According to Hollywood Life, the singer has completely changed her diet, removing processed food, refined sugars, and eating more vegetables and lean meats. She is also using portion control and eating slower so she doesn't over eat. Mariah isn't a big fan of the gym but she exercises by walking, swimming and water aerobics.
