What a difference 6 months can make! Yesterday, Kevin Smith posted an updated photo of his weight loss- now over 50 pounds! In February, he suffered a massive heart-attack and his doctor said, "The best thing you could do is lose 50 pounds." Since joining Weight Watchers and going plant-based, he's gone from 256 pounds to 205. He said, "My hope now is I can slowly lose another 10 with #weightwatchers and get down to my birth weight of 195! But for now, I’m ecstatic to have reached this chunky milestone."
Congrats to Kevin! I have been following Weight Watchers since February....though I've definitely not been strict about it, I'm happy that I've also lost weight and have become more active. Down 18 pounds and counting. :)
