"Somethingreek" in Brooklyn makes a Greek-Style Lasagna called "Pastitsio". They serve two-pound slices and it's a site we have never seen! Here's whats in the layers...
Layer 1: Pasta mixed with spices and greek cheese called "kefalograviera"
Layer 2: 4.5 pounds of chopped ground beef sauce
Layer 3: Second layer of pasta with cheese (like layer 1)
Layer 4: Creamy layer of béchamel (white sauce made with butter, flour, milk)
The whole tray weighs around 30 pounds!
