For the longest time, I’ve been obsessed with before-and-after pictures and video. I love seeing what is possible, and also, I love picturing MYSELF as a soon-to-be transformation. (Even if it takes years...I am committed to growing my confidence and self-worth, and hopefully, losing weight along the process.)
I saw this video today and just loved it. This man’s name is Vance Hinds. He was inspired by comedian Bert Kreischner’s sober-October, so much that he wanted to take on a challenge of his own: 365 days of trying to improve himself. Shortly after starting the challenge, he was contacted by a trainer who reached out and also offered his guidance.
The results speak for themselves. I’ll let you watch and enjoy. Happy 2019, y’all.
