On how to make the meal, Sandy writes:
I found a recipe online but kind of did my own thing...simmered onions and garlic and 99% fat free ground turkey. Added corn, fat free black beans, brown rice, and tomato sauce. Baked 20 minutes at 325 and then added low fat mozzarella and salt/pepper.
