Yesterday was a no-go for a nap for an obvious reason. Today, I had a nerve-wracking experience which required Xanax and a glass of Prosecco before heading out. I figured since I am walking it wasn't hurting anybody and it really made a difference. I made it through the two-hour white knuckle fest okay.
