Glass Fire Burns Through Napa Valley As Hot And Dry Conditions Return To Northern California
Several Napa Valley Wineries have been damaged or destroyed by the Glass Fire, which is still 0% contained and continues to blaze through the area.
According to the SF Chronicle, the following Napa Valley Wineries have been affected by the most recent fires hitting the Bay Area:
- Castillo di Amorosa
- Chateau Boswell
- Fairwinds Estate Winery
- Hourglass Winery
- Hunnicutt Wines
- Newton Vineyard
- Sterling Vineyards
- Tofanelli Vineyards
As of Tuesday 9/29 at 10a, the Glass Fire has grown to almost 43,000 acres and reportedly threatens over 10,000 structures. 68,000 people have been forced to evacuate to surrounding evacuation centers.
