Add Music To Your Instagram Stories With This New Feature

posted by Sabrina Hooyman -

Instagram has been totally winning with their most recent updates!

The social media app has officially introduced a feature that allows users to add music to their stories. Once you've recorded a snippet of video for your stories, tap the smiley face icon in the top right corner. You'll see a music icon, right alongside the GIF, hashtag, and poll icons. Once you click the "Music" button, you'll have access to a library of thousands of jams that you can either search by a specific song or browse by mood, genre, or what's popular among other users.

Usually Instagram rolls out their updates slowly, so if you don't see the music option there yet, it will be coming per update soon.

Hoy, en el mismo blog de la plataforma se ha anunciado la última actualización de Instagram: A partir de ahora podrás añadir música a tus Instragram Stories.📣 Las historias de Instagram cuentan con más de 400 millones de personas diariamente. @instagram #igmusic #stories #socialmedia #instagrammusic #instamusic #marketing #sales

Instagram also recently launched, a video chat feature, a topics channel and IGTV!

Today we’re launching two new features to bring you even closer to the people and things you love: video chat and topic channels on Explore. You can now video chat in Instagram Direct, either with just one person or a group. While on the chat, you can minimize the video and keep enjoying Instagram. With topic channels on Explore, we’re giving you new ways to discover your interests on Instagram. Now it’s even easier to browse through posts you want to see and accounts you want to follow.
