How To Make The Holiday Dessert Kransekake

If you're tired of the same old cookies, cupcakes, and brownies at the holiday dessert table, then kransekake might be the way to go this Christmas!

So what is kransekake? It's a Scandinavian dessert that is usually eaten on Christmas, New Year's Eve, weddings, and other special occasions. The dessert is made by stacking several rings on top of the other (the word Kransekake means "wreath cake"). Even if people aren't sure what it is, they'll likely think it's a tree which works too!

While this dessert might take a bit more work, it'll definitely be worth it when you have a beautiful and delicious centerpiece on the table this year.
