88 Rising has released their lineup for the Head In The Clouds music festival. Last year was amazing but this year just got a lot better!
Jackson Wang, Niki, Rich Brian, Joji, Bibi, Jay Park, Chung Ha, Stephanie Poetri, local bay area girl MXMTOON, and more will hit the stage this year at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
