Richard Simmons FINALLY broke his silence online yesterday. As you know, he's been missing from the public eye for 3 YEARS and within the last 2 days, he was hospitalized for severe indigestion. In his message on Facebook, he said, "By now you know that I'm not 'missing', just a little under the weather.....this has reminded me that when you need help you can't be afraid to reach out and ask for it.'
