Marcus: Here's the Mother's Day Eggs Benedict that was a complete FAIL! The sauce didn't set, the yolks on the eggs broke, and the brioche buns burned. Some would say to relax because nothing is perfect. But this is the first true failure I've had in the kitchen in a WHILE was just pissed...haha.
