We all love to burn calories without trying and you might not be aware of how many calories you burn just by being a mom.  Here is a list of every day activities you may do as a mom... Playing in the pool seems to burn a lot of calories in just minutes.  I like this list because these are things that burn calories and you are able to spend time with your kid/s.
