This made us laugh! Wednesday afternoon, someone reported that there was a kangaroo on the side of the road on the I-580 but it turned out to be a enormous raccoon... Then another call came in hours later SFGATE reported,' "Less than an hour later, CHP Oakland tweeted about "another reported kangaroo on the side of I-580." It wasn't a raccoon, but a fawn fallen beside the center divide. According to the tweet, Caltrans promptly "cleared Bambi from the roadway."'
If you have ever been on the 580 you will know why this is so funny...
