Former DJ David Mueller has been sued by Taylor Swift for inappropriately touching her in 2013... He said that the photo of him with his hand behind Taylor Swift was “weird and awkward”, but denied touching her rear end. It looks like his hand is exactly where he said it wasn't.
“It was not an accident, it was completely intentional, and I have never been so sure of anything in my life,” Swift, 27, said in a deposition.
