Vincent Anchondo was driving in San Jose when he stopped at a nearby Rotten Robbie store to use the bathroom.
He bought a $10 "Holiday Magic Scratchers" ticket on his way out and discovered that he won $1 million.
He said that he just starred at if for a while because he didn't believe it! Crazy! Just think, you stop to use the bathroom and boom your a millionaire!
He said he would like to buy a house with the money and since the Bay Area is so expensive that is all he might be able to buy with that money!
