Wolfgang Puck takes center stage in the kitchen at the Oscars for the 24th year. The food though:
Piled high upon a large banquet table in the center of the room were cooked lobsters on ice, black truffles, an array of appetizers and Wonka-like bon bons, petit fours and macarons. There was a tin of Ossetra caviar so large it looked like it could have been bought at Costco—hence the tight security, obviously. Slabs of A5 Wagyu three feet long completed the tablescape, their marbling as finely patterned as a Windows 95 wallpaper.
