UCSF finds specific exercise linked to improved sex drive

In a study of more than 3,000 women, scientists noted a substantial difference in terms of sexual function in those who participated in a certain sport.

In a new study from the University of California, San Francisco, women who cycled at high intensity reported significantly higher sexual function than those who didn’t cycle at all. The study also found that these women were less likely to experience issues such as sexual dysfunction.

Unfortunately, the study notes, cycling also led to more urinary tract infections and saddle sores.
