Gabriela from San Jose listens to our show every morning (along with her daughters Julie and Leah) driving to De Anza and shared her AMAZING accomplishment on our Facebook page:
"Because you guys are part of my daily morning life, I listen your show (you guys) during my warm ups, before my runs, and while I drive my daughter Leah to school. I just wanted to share with you, that one of my dreams came true! I was selected in February this year, among more than 2,000 Athletes from different parts of the world, to run one of the toughest races in the planet. Only 100 Athletes are selected each year to run this race called "BADWATER" in Death Valley CA on July 23rd."
Yes, she said Death Valley in JULY! SUPER HOT!! Here is the info on the race and proof that Gabriela is a total BAD-ASS! Good luck girl!
