According toThe Hollywood Reporter,The streaming company has ordered a straight-to-series order for a contemporary take on author Ann M. Martin‘s best-selling book franchise. Now even thought The Babysitters Clubhas been adapted for film twice, this new series will be re-introducing it to modern times. Netflix’s adaption will feature 10 half-hour episodes in the first season, following storylines that focus on Kristy and her friends as they launch their business and deal with girlhood growing pains.
