If you grew up in the Bay Area, you know about the Flinstone house off of 280 in Hillborough. In 2019 the town of Hillsborough sued the owner of the house, Florence Fang, for putting up dinosaurs and Flinstone statues outside of her home. Fang countersued saying the town was harassing her and violating her first amendment right.
Florence Fang has now won this dispute and the town will be settling with her for $125,000.
