Timothée Chalamet had his best girl by his side during one of the biggest moment's of his career — his mom.

The 29-year-old actor was nominated for best lead actor at the 97th Academy Awards on Sunday (March 2) for his role as Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown and had a place of importance in the front row. Though he was seated beside his girlfriend Kylie Jenner throughout most of the ceremony, with the couple even showing sweet moments of PDA during the night, Jenner seemingly disappeared when it came time for his category to be announced.

According to E! News, the 27-year-old Kardashians star temporarily gave up her seat so his mom, Nicole Flender, could support her son during his major moment in the spotlight. Jenner didn't stray too far, however, as she was seated just one row behind the mother-son duo. The beauty mogul also appeared to be on Flender's good side as she was also seen chatting with her beau's mom from their seats.

Though Chalamet ultimately didn't take home the award, with it instead going to Adrien Brody for The Brutalist, he was part of a stacked category alongside fellow actors Colman Domingo (Sing Sing), Ralph Fiennes (Conclave) and Sebastian Stan (The Apprentice). Jenner and Chalamet have been linked since 2023 and are reported to be "very in love" amid their "serious" relationship. She has been by his side throughout awards season, joining him at various events and even bonding with his costars.
