Have you ever been on Instagram and then when you looked at the clock suddenly fifteen minutes have just flown by?
Well you're not alone!
Apparently, the average amount of time spent on Instagram is more than 32 minutes for under-25-year-old users, and then more than 24 minutes for over-25-year-old users.
Of course, if you look simply at the average time spent, that doesn't really seem like a lot right?
However, it honestly makes sense...especially if you're someone who checks the app for a little bit of time, multiple times a day.
I think it's safe to say for us we go on Instagram wayyyyyy more than the average person, but we are not ashamed.
