Legendary pastry chef, Dominique Ansel is opening up a new bakery and restaurant in LA this month and he's bringing different food creations with him!

However, Dominique's latest dessert creation is avocado toast ice cream!
Yup, you read that right!!
This treat consists of avocado oil ice cream and mascarpone ice cream on top of shortbread and topped with freeze dried raspberries, olive oil and sea salt to finish.
The Dominique Ansel Bakery is opening up at The Grove on Friday, November 10th at 9AM!
