California Pizza Kitchen is introducing a healthy new option in early 2018!
The restaurant chain is unveiling a pizza crust made primarily of cauliflower.
The crust is a lower-carb alternative to their hand-tossed dough and made with gluten-free ingredients.
In 2018, customers will be able to order the new crust on any CPK pizza for $2.50 extra!
Starting on Monday, Nov. 27, CPK will first introduce their cauliflower crust at select Southern California locations (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Rainbow Harbor)and in early 2018 will be served up at all CPK locations nationwide (excluding airport, stadium, university and hotel locations).
