Dunkin' Donuts is showing us what the future looks like..SERIOUSLY!
Dunkin' recently opened up a new concept store that boasts digital kiosks, cold brew on tap, and even a drive-thru that lets customers skip the line if they ordered ahead via mobile app.
The new store, located in Quincy, MA, features mobile pickup counters that allow customers to place their orders through the Dunkin' mobile app and skip the line when they come in and pick them up.
However, what sets Dunkin's new feature apart from other restaurant chains that also do this is that the concept also applies to drive-thru orders.
Customers who order ahead can simply drive through a separate pick-up lane to take home the goods shortly after ordering.
Talk about "fast" food.
Dunkin' Donuts has been in serious rebranding mode recently!
In addition to all of that, employees at the new store will sport brand new uniforms adorned with phrases like "Fueled by Positive Energy," and "Drink Coffee. Be Awesome."
Dunkin's lineup of cold morning drinks, which will include nitro cold brew, cold brew, green tea, and black tea, among others will also be available on tap.
According to Food & Wine, there are at least 50 similar stores set to open up across the country by the end of the year.
