Five Guys' menu is deceivingly simple.
At a glance, they've got burgers, fries, hot dogs, and (sometimes) shakes.
That's about it...
However, the endless customization and giant, greasy bags of fries are clearly enough to keep loyal Five Guys fans coming back.
If you're getting tired of your on-the-menu favorite, there's a Five Guys secret menu that will speak to your burger-loving soul.
It's been floating around for the last few years thanks to Thrillist and some very creative Five Guys employees who shared their secrets on Reddit.
PATTY MELT
Starting off simple, this order combines two Five Guys classics: a grilled cheese and a burger.
To order, just ask for a grilled cheese with a burger patty inside, plus any toppings you'd like.
DOUBLE GRILLED CHEESEBURGER
When one grilled cheese isn't enough, you order two, and as many patties as you can handle ... this monstrosity calls for at least two burgers, if not more.
To order, just ask for two grilled cheeses around as many patties as your heart can take (each additional patty costs $2, by the way).
THE PRESIDENTIAL
Founded in the D.C. area, Five Guys has been known to have one very presidential fan.
While in office, former President Obama went into the restaurant several times.
His order? A cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, jalapeño peppers, and mustard.
ARTERY ANNIHILATOR
Why choose between a hot dog and hamburger when you can eat them both at the same time?
Created by a Reddit user/Five Guys employee, the Artery Annihilator combines a bacon cheeseburger with a hot dog.
Here's how it's done: "Order a Bacon Cheeseburger and ask to have a hot dog cut in half and put on top."
IN-N-OUT ANIMAL STYLE BURGER
Order a cheeseburger with whatever toppings you want. (Extra cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles will make it taste most like an In-N-Out burger.)
The important thing here is the sauce, order sides of mayo, ketchup, and relish, then mix them together and add the spread to your burger.
Well Done Fries
If you like your fries on the crispier side, order the fries "well done."
They're fried for longer, so you may have to wait a few extra minutes, but the crunch is worth it.
Burger Bowl
You wouldn't think of Five Guys as the place to go if you're trying to eat healthy, but for those watching carbs, there is a solution (as long as you can avoid the fries).
Order a burger bowl with as many toppings as you want; it'll come in a tin without the bun.
Which item off of the secret menu will you be ordering?
