Starbucks recently got rid of its iconic Frappuccino Happy Hour, where frapps went on sale every afternoon during a certain time period.
Customers loved it, but baristas hated it and Starbucks said they were working on a way to overhaul its happy hour program.
Now, the company has revealed how it plans to do just that.
On Thursday (3/29), Starbucks announced it's extending Happy Hour beyond just Frappuccinos, but it will only be available to customers who get an invitation.
Happy Hour will now include deals on other drinks like espresso and iced tea.
But it might not always apply to you.
In order to get an invitation, you have to sign up through the Starbucks mobile app.
Then, Starbucks will notify you, or email you directly, to let you know about upcoming Happy Hour deals or events.
The deals won’t come at regular intervals, so keep your phone close to find out about discounts.
It remains to be seen exactly how many invitations will go out for each Happy Hour.

Happy Hour is being extended through the rest of the year, so you don’t have to rush into the store during a one-week period to get a discount on your coffeee fix.
First on Thursday, if you’re lucky enough to be invited, is 50% off any espresso drink from 3 p.m. until your local store closes.
