When Baskin-Robbins created the Polar Pizza, we thought it couldn't get any better than this!
If you've never had the Polar Pizza, there's a brownie or cookie crust, ice cream, and toppings, and you really can eat it like a slice.
It even comes in a cute square box!
Well Baskin-Robbins just outdid themselves with their brand new item...The Cookie Cake!
The cakes look like giant ice cream sandwiches, with two round crusts stacked around a full 20 ounces of ice cream.
There's the rainbow-colored chocolate chip cookie Celebration Cake and the Fudge Brownie 'n Oreo Cookie Cake.
The rainbow cake has whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles, where as the Oreo one has Oreos and a fudge drizzle!
The crusts are even slightly under baked so they don't get hard once the ice cream is added!
The best part is ANY flavor of ice cream can go inside the cakes!!
