Ben & Jerry's Just Released A Third "Phish" Flavor!

You may or may not be familiar with the band Phish, but you've probably tried the Ben & Jerry's ice cream flavor!

Phish is one of Ben & Jerry's most popular flavors, mixing chocolate ice cream with marshmallow and caramel swirls and fish-shaped fudge pieces.

To celebrate the 21st anniversary of the rock band's charitable foundation, the ice cream line dropped a new flavor and this one's all about the caramel.

The flavor is called, "It's Ice ... Cream," named after the band's 1993 hit It's Ice.

It has a caramel malt base, almond toffee pieces, fudge fish, and caramel swirl inside, giving the ice cream a creamy-crunchy texture.

The pint features a special design created by Phish poster artist Jim Pollock.

It swaps out Ben & Jerry's standard blue skies for a hand-drawn design showing a fish dressed like a milkman standing on an iceberg.

All of the proceeds from the print will go directly to Phish's WaterWheel Foundation, benefitting causes like clean water, land conservation, and urban gardening.

The new flavor is part of Ben & Jerry's Special Stash collection, which means it's only available at the scoop shops, on the Ben & Jerry's website, and in select retailers.

Are you going to buy this?
