Escape rooms are always a fun time when you're with your friends and family, but what if there was an escape room to give you an excuse to drink wine?
Now there is!
Sonoma based winery, Chateau St. Jean created a version of the trendy experience where once you finally find your way out of the 1920s Italianate villa-turned-winery, you're treated to an entire tasting flight of booze.
Every Friday through Monday, Chateau St. Jean hosts its 90 minute-long "Unlock the Chateau" for groups of six to 12.
You get a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, a new pour when you unlock the second room, and the aforementioned flight when you break free.
Also, a winery representative stays with you the entire time.
Within each of the chateau's rooms are puzzles that you'll need to solve in order to find keys that unlock all the doors.
In addition to classic brainteasers like crosswords, there are clues hiding within love letters, maps, old photos, and wine barrels.
